Our all pieces are made by hand to order, delivery lead time is generally within 5 business days.

Delivery Charges

Enjoy free shipping for within Turkey! For International orders we use DHL or UPS with a delivery time of 3-5 working days to most of Europe and 3-7 days to the rest of the world that will cost you approximately $25.you will be handed a tracking number upon dispatch that you can track the status of your shipments using references. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery, or delayed delivery, of items due to customer error.

Customs Charges

Overseas orders may be liable for import duties & or taxes which you would be responsible for.

Returns Policy

Whilst custom made items CANNOT BE RETURNED, we do offer one exchange for eligible unworn and unaltered items to be returned within 14 days of the shipment date.

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

Unworn, unaltered and in original condition.

Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Sadie&Dione cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, and reason for return in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.

Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel
